Located at the intersection of Mandell and Richmond in Houston Texas, Mandell Park is a public park owned by the City of Houston and adopted by the Friends of Mandell Park, an all-volunteer 501(3)(c) non-profit organization. We are funded solely by donations which help us to provide a community garden, composting services, and community events throughout the year.
